Customizing a Treatment Plan Just for You

Your health is just as unique as is your personality. That is why at Connected Chiropractic we customize every portion of our care to fit your needs. This includes individualized care, and specific goal setting that allow us to maximize your life. The best part about it is that you will never have to guess, or even wonder about any portion of your treatment plan. We value each of our patient’s, and therefore, we take the time to sit down and explain every detail to you upfront. This allows you to make a fully informed decision from the start, and together we create an effective road-map to a happier healthier life.

Phase 1: Corrective Care

If you are in pain when you come into Connected Chiropractic, our first objective is to help you reduce pain and begin to correct the underlying cause. We do this by improving the structure of your spine, and removing nerve interference that blocks your healing potential. Depending on the severity of the underlying condition which is causing your pain, it is typical for a patient to need chiropractic care or adjustments 2-3 times per week for 4-8 weeks.

Phase 2: Stabilization Care

During the stabilization phase of chiropractic care, muscles and other tissues are allowed to heal more completely, which helps prevent further injury or pain. The goal of this phase of care is to help take your spine from its fragile state into a more stable state, and bring your body back to an optimal level of functioning by ensuring your nervous system is able to effectively communicate throughout your entire body. It is typical to need chiropractic care or adjustments about 4-8 times per month for 2-3 months, depending on your overall health and the severity of your problem.

Phase 3: Maintenance Care

Once your body has fully healed and your nervous system is communicating at 100%, we need to take pro-active measures to maintain this level of health. That is why is important to come in for periodic chiropractic adjustments whether symptoms are present or not, because we want to avoid further problems in the future. The goal is to not only get you well, but also to keep you there and preserve your quality of life for the years to come. Usually, this phase of chiropractic care only requires a quick visit to the chiropractor 1-4 times per month, based on your lifestyle and goals.
